Under-eye fat repositioning
Under-eye fat repositioning moves the fat that bulges under the eyes into the hollow below it instead of only removing it. AVANT performs it through the inside of the lower eyelid (transconjunctival approach) with reinforcement of the orbital septum, in 30–60 minutes (clinic guidance).

How long to stay in Seoul
Swelling and bruising are most noticeable in the first 1–3 days (clinic guidance). The follow-up schedule is being confirmed with the clinic.
Risks and side effects
Lower-eyelid surgery can leave the lower lid sitting lower or pulling away from the eye (lid malposition). After fat repositioning, a small depression or bulge that needed refinement and bleeding have been reported. Contact lenses can usually be worn again after about two weeks (clinic guidance).
Questions
